Apart from this the Bank’s head office has been modernised and fully air-conditioned, the Bank has started a fully air conditioned evening branch at Kunnukara, operating from 2 pm to 8 pm. Apart from this the bank owns a library ,mini conference hall with a/c and ambulance service which was started in the 2022 financial year.
Consumer supermarkets are being established in Kunnukara and South Aduvassery. Onam market (vegetable market) is conducted every year . The live fish market operates under the Bank’s purview.
Fertiliser and pesticides required by the farmers are distributed through the Bank’s Fertilizer Depot. The bank distributes the fertilisers as per the permit given to the farmers through Krishi Bhavan.
Cash award is given every year to the students who achieve top marks in their academics. The bank’s calendar is delivered to the members’ homes free of cost every year.
Medical assistance up to Rs.3000 is given to the members affected by the disease. Bank also operates a Neeti medical store.
The Bank appeared as a helping hand by providing essentials for the Wayanad district when the 2019 flood and landslide worsened the lives of the people.
In the wake of Covid-19 pandemic the bank provided Rs. 5000 each with free interest rates. Apart from this the bank donated 500,000 lakh rupees to the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund. The children were distributed with the study materials and the bank provided adequate drinking water for the people at the time of drought under the operational area of the bank.
In addition, as per the Kerala government’s care home scheme, entrusted by the government 13 houses were built under the responsibility of the Kunnukara service cooperative bank.
Apart from this, the Bank has been able to distribute the social security pensions provided by the Kerala government in a timely manner and take over the festive markets.
